Tender Notice Remedial Works in Raetihi

Te Korowai o Wainuiārua invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake remedial and refurbishment works at a residential property located in Raetihi.

This property is tenanted and all works will require staged delivery in conjunction with appropriate health and safety management.

Works include (but are not limited to) internal demolition, window repairs, repainting, minor renovation works, exterior repairs and associated improvements.

Tender documents are available from the tari on request and a site visit is mandatory.
