Ngā Kaitiaki o Te Korowai o Wainuiārua

Te Korowai o Wainuiārua exists to protect, grow, and utilise the resources entrusted to us through settlement for the benefit of our people, our whenua, and future generations.

The Trustees of Te Korowai o Wainuiārua are elected representatives of our iwi, chosen to uphold the aspirations of our tūpuna and to safeguard the future of our uri. As kaitiaki, they carry the responsibility of ensuring that our resources, taonga, and tikanga are protected and advanced with Pono, Tika, and Aroha.

Each trustee brings a unique set of skills, experience, and deep whakapapa ties to the rohe, ensuring that our decision-making reflects the collective voice and mana motuhake of our people. Together, they provide strategic governance and leadership to uphold the kaupapa of Te Korowai o Wainuiārua, now and for generations to come.
