PSGE Group Structure and Appointments
Te Korowai o Wainuiārua Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of key roles that will support the strategic growth and kaupapa of the PSGE iwi group.

PSGE Group Structure
The PSGE (Post-Settlement Governance Entity) group comprises a range of entities, each with distinct purposes, all reporting to Te Korowai o Wainuiārua Trust Board :
Finance, Risk and Audit Committee - Nancy Tuaine, Arama Wakefield, Karena Williams. Purpose: Provides independent oversight of the Trust’s financial management, risk frameworks, and compliance with statutory obligations.
Makotuku Charitable Trust – Damon Kostidis, Te Rua Wallace, Whetu Moatanne, Tracey-Lee Repia, Marilyn Davis and Lesley Edmonds.
Purpose: Focuses on initiatives that support our social, cultural, educational, and environmental objectives.Toutou Investments Limited Partnership– Tāwhiao McMaster, Hayden Turoa, Wayne Cribb; Two Independent Directors: To be appointed.
Purpose: Manages investment activities to generate sustainable financial returns.Whiria Te Muka Assets Custodian Trustee Limited – Aiden Gilbert, James Foster, Greg Robinson, Marilyn Davis.
Purpose: Oversees iwi-owned assets, including property and infrastructure, to support long-term strategic development.
The Trust is also in the process of appointing a new General Manager, who will lead the recruitment of operational staff and a board secretary. An announcement regarding the GM will be made shortly.
