Group Administrator / Iwi Registrar position available

Te Korowai o Wainuiārua is seeking an organised and proactive Group Administrator / Iwi Registrar to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our tari in Raetihi. This is a key operational role providing administrative, governance and systems oversight across our group entities.

This role is critical to maintaining strong organisational performance, ensuring governance integrity, managing financial administration and upholding compliance across our Post Settlement entities.

This position is for 20 hours per week @ $31,800 per annum

Our ideal candidate will be highly organised and

detail-oriented with:

  • strong administrative and organisational capability

  • experience managing records and document filing systems

  • financial administration experience (Xero)

  • high attention to detail

  • strong communication and mahi coordination skills

  • an ability to work across multiple systems, priorities, and organisational entities

  • cultural competency, integrity and the ability to build trusted, mana-enhancing relationships
