Te Korowai o Wainuiārua is inviting Expressions of Interest for two Independent Director positions to provide governance and strategic oversight of Toutou Investments Limited Partnership.
These roles are pivotal in guiding the investment of post-settlement assets to ensure sustainable growth, cultural alignment, and long-term intergenerational benefit.
We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong track record in:
Oversight of large-scale investment portfolios (multi-million dollar assets)
Investment strategy and financial market performance
Business leadership and governance
Legal and regulatory compliance in financial operations
These are critical appointments for safeguarding and growing the legacy assets of Te Korowai o Wainuiārua. Directors will be expected to apply sharp commercial insight while upholding the integrity, tikanga, and aspirations of our iwi.
