Te Korowai o Wainuiārua Trust is inviting Expressions of Interest for two key independent governance roles that support the strategic growth and kaupapa of our iwi Post-Settlement Governance Entity (PSGE). These are unique opportunities to contribute your expertise in service of the cultural, environmental, social and economic wellbeing of our people, whenua and taiao.

1. Independent Member – Finance, Risk and Audit Committee (FRAC)

We are seeking a skilled and principled professional to join our Finance, Risk and Audit Committee as an Independent Member. This committee plays a vital role in supporting the Trust's financial oversight, internal controls, risk management and audit functions. If you have experience in finance, audit, risk, or governance - and a commitment to kaupapa Māori - we invite you to put yourself forward.

2. Independent Trustee – Te Mākōtuku Charitable Trust

We are also seeking a values-driven individual to serve as an Independent Trustee on the Board of Te Mākōtuku Charitable Trust. This kaupapa Māori charitable entity delivers impactful environmental, educational and social initiatives in our rohe. The ideal candidate will bring professional expertise, independent insight, and a heart for intergenerational wellbeing and sustainability.
